A great winter adventures awaits! GetKnit Events and Minnesota Ice Sculptures have partnered together and are hiding 25+ ice sculptures throughout the greater Twin Cities at various local businesses, beautiful parks, and in iconic neighborhoods! Gather up your fellow scouts and set out on a great expedition to locate these hand-carved works of art on this 10-day self-guided adventure! Stillwater, Minnesota is one of those stops. As part of this event, participants will be inspired to get outside
and explore, create “togetherness” even while physically apart, enter for prizes, cash in on special deals, and so much more!
To encourage participants to visit as many ice sculpture locations as possible, guests will be entered to win prizes based upon how many they visit. The grand prize includes a live ice sculpture carving of their choice on their lawn to enjoy at home!

GREATER TWIN CITIES, MN – GetKnit Events and Minnesota Ice Sculptures have partnered together and are hiding 30+ ice sculptures throughout the greater Twin Cities at various local businesses, beautiful parks, and iconic neighborhoods! This exclusive winter experience is designed to encourage community, support small businesses, discover new neighborhoods,
and create safe and fun outings during this global pandemic. Over the course of ten days (Feb. 19-28) guests can create their own adventure by seeking out as many hand-carved ice sculpture locations as they choose.
For just $19 per household, ticket purchasers will receive a physical treasure map to guide them on their journey, be eligible to win tons of prizes, play along with fun contests, cash in on deals at select ice sculpture locations (one discount per ticket purchased), and create a sense of “togetherness” even though we are physically apart.
“Despite the challenges we’re all facing during this pandemic, we wanted to give Minnesotans an opportunity to get out and explore safely, have something fun to look forward to, and patronize local businesses when they need us the most,” said GetKnit’s President, Nick Blake. “We hope this event will give people a reason to get out of the house and celebrate the Minnesota winter we all know and love!”
