The interior design of the winery boasts beautiful, hand crafted woodwork with a modern, rustic flair, large windows with gorgeous views of the rolling vineyard and preserve. A one of a kind catwalk showcases steel holding tanks used during the fermentation process. The winery also features a large tasting bar, two stone fireplaces, a barrel room and full bottling facility. Hospitality and retail are on site.

A fun and interactive way to explore beautiful downtown Stillwater! Bike can hold up to 10 eager pedalers, and 3 non-pedalers, for a tour through downtown and along the river. Join us for a public tour or reserve the bike for a private tour with friends and family. Learn about history of the area or join us for caroling tours during the holidays!

Stillwater Proper is a restaurant/distillery concept partnered with 45th Parallel out of New Richmond, WI. The all local spirits bar program features hundreds of small, local distillers + many beers, well procured wines & housemade products from the award winning bar crew. Their food is best classified as upscale bar ‘Americana.’ We utilize unique, high quality ingredients in healthy & satisfying ways.”

Thor’s Hard Cider is authentically made from fresh-pressed, full-strength, locally-grown apples with no preservatives. The entire process happens at our Stillwater, MN orchard. The apples are grown, harvested, pressed and brewed at Aamodt’s Apple Farm, a fourth-generation apple farm. This first cider is named after our our great-grandfather and founder of Aamodt’s Apple Farm.
